Privacy Policy

This Policy describes the processing of personal data of til.lab users at tillab.app under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Personal Data and Its Protection.
The operator is the individual entrepreneur "RALPEN" (IIN 050810550438, Astana). By using the Service, you consent to processing under this Policy.
1. Data we process
- email address and password hash;
- name or nickname, interface language, and settings;
- learning progress, vocabulary, statistics, and support requests;
- for a voluntary support report: account email, optional Kaspi sender name, and report time;
- technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and cookies.
The Service does not request or store an amount in a support report. Bank or card details are processed in Kaspi.kz and are not provided to the Operator.
2. Purposes
- registration and authentication;
- operating learning features and saving progress;
- user support, security, and Service improvement;
- matching voluntarily reported support with the time of an incoming transfer;
- complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Legal basis
Data is processed on the basis of user consent, to perform the accepted Public Offer, and where required by law. A User may withdraw consent unless continued retention is legally required.
4. Transfer and storage
Data is stored and processed by the infrastructure provider Supabase in a data center in Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1), which is a cross-border transfer. If the User chooses to open Kaspi.kz, that interaction is governed by Kaspi’s rules. Anonymized data may be used by analytics services.
5. Historical records
Previously created financial records may be retained where necessary for accounting, resolving requests, and meeting legal requirements. They do not affect current access to learning features.
6. Retention
Data is retained until the processing purpose is met, the account is deleted, or consent is withdrawn, except where a different period is required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, blocking, or deletion of data, and withdraw consent. Contact support@tillab.app or use the account settings.
8. Cookies and protection
Cookies support sign-in, settings, and Service analysis. The Operator uses HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, and other reasonable organizational and technical safeguards.

New versions are published at tillab.app/privacy. Contact support@tillab.app with data-processing questions.
