This document is a public offer from the individual entrepreneur "RALPEN" (IIN 050810550438, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan; the "Provider") to users of the til.lab service at tillab.app (the "Service").
Registration, acceptance of the legal documents, or continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. All learning features are available without a required monetary contribution.
1. Subject
The Provider gives access to a web application for learning Kazakh, including lessons, exercises, vocabulary, texts, a phrasebook, and other learning features. The Service is provided as is and may evolve over time.
2. Voluntary support
A User may choose to support the development of til.lab with a transfer through the Kaspi.kz app. The User alone chooses whether to contribute and in what amount.
Support is not required for access, does not unlock separate features, status, or rewards, and is not payment for use of the Service. Choosing not to contribute restricts nothing.
After a transfer, the User may report it in the Service. This report is used only to match an incoming transfer by time and is not bank confirmation of the transaction.
3. Rights and obligations
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and secure and may perform maintenance, change features, and prevent abuse.
The User must provide accurate information, protect account access, avoid disrupting the Service or infringing third-party rights, and comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Intellectual property
The materials, design, and software code of the Service are protected by law. The User receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service for learning and may not copy or distribute its materials beyond uses permitted by law.
5. Liability
Learning outcomes depend on the User’s actions. The Provider is not liable for outages or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party services, or the User’s breach of these terms.
6. Personal data
Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy at tillab.app/privacy. Banking details are entered and processed in Kaspi.kz and are not provided to the Service.
7. Term and amendments
This offer remains effective until withdrawn. A new version may be published at tillab.app/offer; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
